enterO version 3.3.9 release
This post summarises the changes that have been implemented in version 3.3.9 of enterO.

Allow event to host both club and school competitors (#195)
For major school events that also allow public races, separate events are normally created in enterO in order to fulfill School Sport requirements for the school entries. In particular this provides the ability to download a PDF that is used by school principals to sign off their students for the event.
A new optional feature has been added that allows competitors to select either a school or orienteering club. This feature is intended to be used by low level events that are not run under School Sport.
An extra option has been added that allows the user to choose between School and Orienteering Club or Public.
Note that only one of Orienteering Club or Public will be available depending on whether the event is configured to gather Orienteering Club or not.
- When School is selected, the user can select from the list of schools
- When Orienteering Club is selected, the user can select from the list of Orienteering Clubs
- When Public is selected, there is no additional selection required
Race Classes
Race classes can be configured so that each class is only available for school or public/club or both.
School
When the selected Club Type is School, only School classes are available (High School Male in this example):
Public
When the selected Club Type is Public, only Public classes are available (Public Male in this example):

For events that take credit card payments as well as either bank transfers or VIP payments (PAPO), there is an extra step in the entry process which is sometimes missed.
While this process needs to be improved to remove the extra step, as an interim measure, an extra message is now displayed reminding users that they need to press the ‘Submit Entry’ button
