- Improve SI Hire in competitor download CSV
- Improve Entry Workflow
- Add capability to apply a simple late fee
Improve Event Waiver (#146)
Media Clause
The Media clause in the Termas and Conditions has been updated to help allay any privacy concerns (changes in bold):
Media
Entrants agree that their name, voice and/or picture may be used without payment by the Event Organisers and their associates in any broadcast, telecast, promotion or advertising of the sport of Orienteering.
Please contact the event organisers if you have any concerns about any images that have been used.
SportHire Hire
For events that use SportIdent, a new clause has been added to the Privacy Policy to state that a replacement fee will be charged for the loss of a hired SportIdent:
Hired SportIdent
Loss of a hired SportIdent will incur a replacement fee.
Improve SI Hire in competitor download CSV (#187)
For events where competitors can choose whether to hire SI or SIAC, while the competitor download CSV has the required information, it is a little hard to process as you need to look at both the SIHired and SIAC Hire columns to determine whether a competitor is hiring SI or SIAC.
In this screenshot from the previous version of the download file, SI hire is highlighted in red and SIAC hire is highlighted in blue:

This has been improved so that we now have an SI Hire Type column which, along with the SI Hire race columns, explicitly states whether the competitor is hiring SI or SIAC:

Improve support for team non member fee (#190)
A non member fee has been able to be charged to teams that do not have any orienteering club members however only a single fee was charged even if multiple races were entered.
This has now been enhanced so that the non member fee is charged per race.
Add capability to apply simple late fee (#194)
Fee Tiers (eg early, standard, late) give the ability to charge different amounts during different time periods and provide a lot of flexibility however add more complexity to the event configuration.
A change has been made to add support for applying a simple late fee to late entries by adding late fees to the event and setting the event’s Late Close Date Time value.
This will automatically extend entries to the late close date once the standard close date has been reached.
Note that the late close date supports times other than 11:59pm (so you can close late entries at, say, 8:00pm) as well as different amounts for different age ranges.
