Add support for accented characters (#108)

Until now, enterO has had limited suppport for accented characters. While it supported some European accented characters, of note, it did not support any of the Māori characters with macrons - ā, ē, ī, ō, ū and Ā, Ē, Ī, Ō, Ū.

The enterO database has now been updated to support the utf8mb4 character set which includes all of the Māori characters with macrons.
