This post summarises the changes that have been implemented in version 3.2.5 of enterO.

Display entry status on Payment Review page

Until now, the status of an entry has only been displayed on the Entry Review page. This displays the entry status and entry key along with created and submitted dates for admin users.

This information is now also displayed on the Review Payment page

Apply non member race fee to teams

Until now, while overall non-member fees have applied to both individuals and teams, non-member race fees have only been applied to individuals.

For Katoa Po 2024 we needed to apply a non-member fee to the warmup race only for any team that does not have an orienteering club member.

The non-member race fee has now been extended to cover teams.

Non club member entry

A team that enters the Warmup race that does not have any orienteering club members is charged the non-club member fee Non club member fees

Cub member entry

A team that enters the Warmup race that has at least one orienteering club member is not charged the non-club member fee Club member fees

Note that the non-member fee will not be applied to a team if any team member is a member of an orienteering club.
