This post summarises the changes that have been implemented in version 3.2.2 of enterO.

  • Improve display of tier and entry close dates on Event Overview page
  • Apply vouchers to non member levies and SI hire

Improve display of tier and entry close dates on Event Overview page (#142)

The Event Overview page shows message boxes at the top describing when entries close and when event fee tiers end. The way this was done previously was not always easy to interpret at a glance and has lead to some misunderstanding about fees increasing when a fee tier expires.

This has now been improved:

  • Fee tier information is displayed before the event close date information
  • The fee tier information now explcitly states that entry fees will increase after the tier expires

Event Overview page

Apply vouchers to non member levies and SI hire (#143)

Until now vouchers have applied to race and competitor fees however have not applied to either non member levies or SI hire. This means that for the case where a club wants to issue a voucher to a non member to give them a free entry, they still have to pay the non member levy and SI hire.

This has now been changed so that vouchers cover all fees.
